About!

Hi There - I’m Christine.

I’m a Northampton-based, NASM-certified personal trainer, returning to the world of fitness instruction after time spent pursuing a career in communications, and raising young kids.

Previously I taught Pilates full time, as a comprehensively trained, 600-apprentice hour instructor in eastern Massachusetts, at studios like Movement Center of Boston in Back Bay and Every Body Pilates in Belmont, among others. I’m working to formally recertify as soon as possible.

I believe fitness should feel good—not like a punishment, but a way to build strength, ease, and confidence in your body. I’m especially drawn to mindful movement and functional training, blending my background in Pilates with strength work to create sessions that are both effective and sustainable.

My larger goal in teaching fitness is to help people feel at home in their bodies, whether they’re returning to movement after a break or looking to deepen their practice.

Outside of fitness, I am home with my kids and running operations for my partner's web development business. My side hustle is consulting small businesses on strategic marketing and communications planning.
